One of our specialties is manufacturing mounted points for virtually any industry. Each of the mounted points groups represent something specific. Type A & Type B are more specialty shapes while Type W are more traditionally shaped mounted points. We have assembled some specs on the safety standards. In general, mounted points should follow the same safety requirements for grinding wheels. Inspection prior to use is key for each wheel or point. Look for imperfections on the wheel or make certain that your mandrel is straight.
